Face care tips to look young

Some easy to adopt face care tips

  • Practice the basic steps of cleansing, toning, moisturizing and nourishing your skin religiously
  • Always wear a good quality sunscreen lotion with at least 15 SPF when you go out in the day. This will protect your skin from harmful ultra violet (UV) rays and prevent ageing of the skin
  • Always use good quality face products and discard them on expiry
  • Exercise your face muscles daily. This will keep your skin firm and prevent wrinkles and sagging
  • Drink plenty of clear, un-aerated water. Experts recommend a minimum of 8 glasses of water every day. This helps to keep your body hydrated and free of toxins
  • Try to get at least 7-8 hours sleep on a daily basis. This will make your skin appear rejuvenated, refreshed and lot younger
  • Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. These will fulfil your body’s nutritional requirement and provide your body with fibre. Avoid processed foods as well as those food items that have too much sugar in them
  • Love yourself and your partner. Your thoughts will reflect on your face giving you a radiant glow
